Brufen coated tablets contain 400 mg of ibuprofen; pack of 30 tablets. Used to treat mild to moderate inflammatory pain and fever.
Indications
- Soft-tissue injuries, such as sprains and strains.
- Headache and migraine pain.
- Musculoskeletal back pain and muscle pain.
- Period pain, toothache and earache.
- Fever.
How to Use
- According to the enclosed leaflet or pharmacist's instructions, using the lowest effective dose for the shortest time.
- Do not give to children under 12.
- Consult your doctor if symptoms worsen or do not improve after 3 days.
Do Not Use In The Following Cases
- Allergy to ibuprofen or any ingredient, or asthma, a rash or an allergic reaction after aspirin or similar pain relievers.
- A history of stomach or intestinal bleeding or perforation associated with these pain relievers.
- Peptic ulcer, ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease.
- Heart failure or kidney failure.
- The last three months of pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding.
Warnings & Precautions
- Consult your doctor if you have asthma, high blood pressure or any digestive complaint.
- Older people are more susceptible to gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding.
- Tell your doctor if taking blood-pressure medicines, lithium, blood thinners, corticosteroids or aspirin.
- May cause drowsiness or visual disturbances. Avoid driving.
Common Side Effects
- Among the most common: indigestion, nausea, constipation or diarrhoea, abdominal pain, headache and dizziness.
- Stop use and tell your doctor immediately if black stools, vomiting blood, swelling of the face or lips, or difficulty breathing occurs.
Storage
Store below 25 degrees Celsius. Keep out of reach of children.
