Dizinil oral tablets contain dimenhydrinate 50 mg each, in a pack of 20 tablets from Julphar. Dimenhydrinate is an anti-vomiting medicine.
Indications
- Prevention and treatment of nausea, vomiting and dizziness associated with motion sickness.
How to Use
- Follow the patient leaflet or the pharmacist's instructions.
- For children: follow the patient leaflet and consult a pharmacist.
Do Not Use In The Following Cases
- Children under two years, except under a doctor's direction.
Warnings & Precautions
- Consult a doctor before use with a breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis, glaucoma or difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate.
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if taking sedatives or tranquillisers.
- Avoid alcoholic drinks. Alcohol and sedatives increase drowsiness; take care when driving or operating machinery.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding: consult a healthcare professional before use.
- Seek medical help immediately after an overdose.
Common Side Effects
- Marked drowsiness may occur during use; this is the effect highlighted in the leaflet.
Storage
Store below 25 degrees Celsius. Keep out of reach of children.
