How to Use
Pull out approximately 45 cm and wind the ends around your middle fingers, then hold between thumb and forefinger. Gently slide between teeth with a back-and-forth movement, curve into a C around each tooth and move up and down gently beneath the gumline. Use a clean section for each tooth. Preferably floss once daily alongside brushing.
