Eralyce is a topical skin cream containing permethrin 5%, in one pack. Permethrin belongs to pyrethroids, which eliminate scabies mites and pubic lice.
Indications
- Treatment of scabies infestation.
- Treatment of pubic-lice infestation on the body.
How to Use
- Follow the patient leaflet or the pharmacist's instructions.
- For external skin use only; do not swallow.
- Do not use for newborns or infants under two months except under doctor guidance.
- For children: follow the patient leaflet and consult a pharmacist.
Do Not Use In The Following Cases
- Allergy to permethrin or any cream ingredient.
Warnings & Precautions
- Consult a doctor before use if you have a known allergy to chrysanthemums or plants of the Asteraceae family.
- Avoid contact with the eyes, mucous membranes inside the nose, throat and genital area, and open wounds. If contact occurs, wash the area thoroughly with water.
- May worsen asthma or eczema symptoms.
- Do not use corticosteroids to treat skin conditions such as eczema during treatment, as they may worsen the infestation.
- People applying the cream to others are advised to wear gloves.
- Pregnancy: use only on doctor recommendation; consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- If symptoms worsen or do not improve, consult a doctor.
Common Side Effects
- Common effects include itching, skin redness and dryness, and tingling, stinging or burning; these may also be symptoms of the condition itself.
- Itching and rash may continue for up to four weeks after treatment ends due to a reaction to dead mites.
- Stop use and consult a doctor immediately if a severe allergic reaction occurs.

Store below 30 degrees Celsius. Keep out of reach of children.
