How to Use
- When standing upright, adjust the height so the top of the crutch is approximately two to three finger widths below the armpit.
- Adjust the handgrip to hip level so the elbow is slightly bent when holding it.
- Support your weight through your hands. Do not rest your armpit on the top of the crutch, to avoid pressure on nerves.
- When walking, move the crutch and injured leg forwards together, then bring the uninjured leg forwards.
- On stairs, go up with the uninjured leg first and down with the crutch and injured leg first.
