Deslor coated tablets contain desloratadine 5mg, in a pack of 20. Desloratadine is an antihistamine that helps control allergic reactions and their symptoms.
Indications
- Symptoms of allergic rhinitis, such as hay fever or dust-mite allergy: sneezing, a runny or itchy nose, an itchy roof of the mouth, and itchy, red or watery eyes.
- Symptoms of hives: itching and rash.
- For adults and adolescents from 12 years.
How to Use
- Follow the patient leaflet or the pharmacist's instructions.
- Do not give to children under 12 years.
Do Not Use In The Following Cases
- Allergy to desloratadine, loratadine or any ingredient.
Warnings & Precautions
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist if kidney function is impaired or there is a personal or family history of seizures.
- Caution is advised when taking it with alcohol.
- Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Avoid driving and operating machinery until you know your response.
Common Side Effects
- Common effects: tiredness, dry mouth and headache.
- Stop use and seek medical advice immediately for a severe allergic reaction (difficulty breathing, wheezing, itching, hives or swelling).
Storage
Do not store above 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
