Amydramine Paediatric syrup (AMYDRAMINE PAEDIATRIC) is taken orally. Each 1 ml contains sodium citrate 5.7 mg and diphenhydramine hydrochloride 1.4 mg, equivalent to 28.5 mg and 7 mg per 5 ml, respectively. The pack contains one 120 ml bottle. Its registered ATC code (R06AA52) classifies it as a diphenhydramine combination antihistamine preparation.
