Neorin oral syrup contains desloratadine 0.5 mg/ml, equivalent to 2.5 mg in 5 ml, in one pack. Desloratadine is an antihistamine that usually does not cause drowsiness and helps control allergic reactions and their symptoms.
Indications
- Relief of allergic rhinitis symptoms, such as pollen or dust-mite allergies: sneezing, a runny or itchy nose, an itchy palate, and itchy, red or watery eyes.
- Relief of hives (urticaria) symptoms, such as itching and rash.
How to Use
- Follow the patient leaflet or the pharmacist's instructions.
- Do not give to children under one year.
- For children: follow the patient leaflet and consult a pharmacist.
Do Not Use In The Following Cases
- Allergy to desloratadine, loratadine or any syrup ingredient.
Warnings & Precautions
- Consult a doctor before use if you have impaired kidney function or a personal or family history of seizures.
- Use with caution with alcohol.
- Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding is not recommended.
- Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know that it does not affect you.
Common Side Effects
- Common side effects in adults include tiredness, dry mouth and headache.
- Stop use and seek medical help immediately if a severe allergic reaction occurs, such as difficulty breathing, wheezing, itching, hives or swelling.
Storage
Store below 30 degrees Celsius. Keep out of reach of children.
