Panadol Extend coated tablets contain paracetamol 665mg per tablet in a pack of 24. A two-layer tablet combines rapid and extended release and relieves pain for up to 8 hours.
Indications
- Osteoarthritis pain and mild to moderate muscle pain.
- Headache, migraine, menstrual pain and toothache.
- Reducing fever and relieving pain after vaccination.
How to Use
- Adults: two tablets every 6 to 8 hours, with a maximum of 6 tablets in 24 hours.
- Swallow without chewing. Do not use for more than 10 days unless directed by a doctor.
- Not recommended for children under 12 years.
Do Not Use In The Following Cases
- Allergy to paracetamol or any tablet ingredient.
- Taking any other medicine containing paracetamol.
Warnings & Precautions
- Consult a doctor first if you have liver or kidney problems, are underweight, drink alcohol regularly or have a severe infection.
- Tell your doctor if you take metoclopramide, domperidone or colestyramine, or warfarin when needing a daily painkiller.
- Pregnancy: consult a healthcare professional first. Can be used during breastfeeding.
- Overdose may cause delayed liver damage; seek medical assessment immediately even if you feel well.
Common Side Effects
- Stop use and tell a doctor immediately if a rash, facial swelling, breathing difficulty, mouth ulcers, unexplained bruising or yellow eyes and skin develop.

Store below 30 degrees Celsius. Keep out of reach of children.
