Deflat (DEFLAT) oral drops contain simethicone 40 mg per 1 ml, in one 30 ml bottle. An anti-flatulent that relieves painful symptoms caused by gas accumulation in the digestive tract.
Indications
- Relieves pressure and fullness in the upper abdomen and intestinal cramps caused by gas accumulation in aerophagia, functional dyspepsia, irritable bowel syndrome, peptic ulcer and postoperative bloating.
- Infant colic.
How to Use
- Follow the patient leaflet or the pharmacist's instructions.
- Take after meals and at bedtime. Shake the bottle well before use.
- The recommended adult maximum is 500 mg in 24 hours unless a doctor directs otherwise.
- For children: follow the patient leaflet and consult a pharmacist.
Do Not Use In The Following Cases
- Intestinal obstruction (ileus).
- Obstructive gastrointestinal disorders.
Warnings & Precautions
- No interactions with other medicines have been reported. Nevertheless, tell your doctor or pharmacist which medicines you take.
- Pregnancy: use only if the expected benefit outweighs the potential risk to the fetus. Consult a doctor or pharmacist during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Contains artificial sweeteners and is suitable for people with diabetes.
Common Side Effects
- The leaflet lists no common side effects; simethicone is physiologically inert and is not absorbed from the stomach or intestines. Tell a doctor or pharmacist about any serious or unlisted symptom.

Store below 30 degrees Celsius. Keep out of reach of children.
