Triplex B (TRIPLEX B) Coated Tablets combine vitamin B1 (thiamine) 100 mg, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) 200 mg and vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), a 30-tablet pack. This B1, B6 and B12 combination is an adjunctive treatment for neuritis.
Indications
- Adjunctive treatment for neuritis and non-inflammatory nerve diseases.
- Nerve pain presenting with one or more symptoms: tingling, numbness, loss of sensation, muscle stiffness or cramps and reduced sensation.
How to Use
- For adults: according to the enclosed leaflet or pharmacist directions.
- Not suitable for treating children because of its high active-ingredient content.
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist if symptoms persist.
Do Not Use In The Following Cases
- Allergy to any active ingredient or other component.
Warnings & Precautions
- More than 50 mg vitamin B6 daily for a prolonged period of 6 to 12 months may cause neuropathy; regular monitoring is advised for prolonged use.
- Immediately tell the doctor of unusual tingling or burning in limbs.
- May reduce levodopa's effect; medicines such as isoniazid may reduce vitamin B6's effect.
- Pregnancy, especially the first trimester, or breastfeeding: consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
Common Side Effects
- Digestive disturbances may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea and abdominal pain.
- Allergic reactions may include sweating, rapid heartbeat, itching and urticaria; urine may temporarily turn red.

Store below 30 degrees Celsius. Keep out of reach of children.
