Product Details
- For children: follow the patient leaflet and consult a pharmacist.
- Consult a doctor before use for children under two years.
- For people with kidney disease, the doctor determines the dose.
Do Not Use in These Cases
- Severe kidney disease requiring dialysis.
- Allergy to cetirizine, any ingredient, hydroxyzine or piperazine derivatives.
- Hereditary fructose intolerance, because it contains sorbitol.
Warnings and Precautions
- Consult a doctor if you have kidney failure, difficulty urinating due to bladder or prostate problems, or epilepsy.
- Avoid alcohol while using it.
- Before an allergy test, ask your doctor about stopping it for several days because it may affect the results.
- Pregnancy: avoid use unless necessary and advised by a doctor. Breastfeeding: passes into breast milk; use only after consulting a doctor.
Side Effects
- Common: drowsiness, dizziness, headache, diarrhoea, nausea, dry mouth and tiredness; in children, sore throat and nasal congestion.
- Stop use and tell a doctor immediately if you develop an allergic reaction or swelling of the face or throat.
Storage
Store below 25 degrees Celsius. Keep out of reach of children.
